The house that we bought was built in the middle of the XVIII. Century, the cellars below it, are probably one and half – two centuries older.
According to archives the original owners of the house were skinners for more genera- tions then cloth-merchants who also dealt with wine-growing. We bought the extremely neglected and deserted house in 2002. We were dreaming about a restaurant and wine cellars equipped with mo- dern technology, but also ones that reflect the atmosphere of the age.
