The original plans by Frederick Schulek. The cathedral's construction plans Foerk Ernest began in 1913. At the Cathedral of St. Demetrius church had stood. 1914th June 21 took place on the foundation-stone ceremony. The formal dedication, the 1930th took place on October 24.
