The so-called 'Small Wood', is a park measuring 10 hectares, is a significant protected sight between main road 71 (S. Petőfi Str.) and the Heart Clinic. It is also called the 'lungs of the town'. Its lower part was planted in 1792, while its upper part in 1878. Here you can find the six remaining columns of the former Hungarian theatre, the first theatre built from stone in Transdanubia.
